Any false information provided during registration, or discovered later, may result in account suspension and the cancellation of any pending withdrawals.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your NY999 login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. NY999 will never ask for your password through email, chat or any other channel. Any activity that occurs on your account while your credentials are in use — whether by you or someone else — is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact support immediately.
NY999 applies Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing a player's first withdrawal. Verification may also be requested at any other point if account activity triggers a review. The standard documents required are:

NY999 accepts deposits in PKR via the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast instant transfer, bank transfer and debit/credit card. All deposits are credited in PKR and no currency conversion is applied. The minimum deposit amount varies by payment method and is displayed in the cashier at the time of deposit.
JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically credited to your NY999 balance instantly. Raast and bank transfer deposits may take slightly longer depending on the originating institution. Card deposits are subject to your card provider's standard processing rules. NY999 does not charge fees on deposits from its side, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
You must only deposit using payment methods that are registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts — accounts belonging to someone else — are not permitted and may be reversed, with associated withdrawal requests being declined pending investigation.
Do not deposit more than you can afford to lose. Casino games and sports betting carry financial risk. Set a deposit budget before each session and stick to it.
To submit a withdrawal, your account must be KYC-verified, you must have no active bonus with unmet wagering requirements that covers the balance you wish to withdraw, and the amount must meet the minimum threshold for your chosen withdrawal method. Withdrawal limits — both per-request and daily — are displayed in the cashier and vary by VIP tier.
NY999 applies a same-method withdrawal policy for the amount equivalent to your total deposits. This means the first portion of your withdrawal — up to the total amount you have deposited — should be directed to the same payment method used for your deposit. Net winnings above that amount may be withdrawn via any available PKR method.
Typical processing times are: JazzCash and Easypaisa — 15 to 60 minutes; Raast — minutes to 2 hours; bank transfer — 1 to 3 business days; card — 2 to 5 business days. VIP Silver tier and above receive priority processing. These times are indicative and may vary due to payment network conditions or account review requirements.
NY999 does not charge withdrawal fees from its side of the transaction. Third-party fees applied by your bank, wallet provider or card network are outside NY999's control and are the player's responsibility.

Bonuses at NY999 are opt-in. You will not have bonus funds applied to your account without choosing to accept them. At the point of opt-in, the specific terms of that bonus — including the wagering requirement, the eligible games, the time limit and any maximum bet restriction — are displayed. By accepting a bonus, you are confirming that you have read and understood those specific terms.
Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. The progress of your current wagering requirement is visible in your account's bonus section at any time. Different game types contribute at different rates toward wagering completion — slots typically contribute at 100%, while table games and video poker may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. The contribution rate for each game type is stated in the bonus-specific terms.
While a bonus is active, a maximum bet limit applies — placing bets above this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being voided. The maximum bet amount is specified in the individual bonus terms. A player may choose to forfeit an active bonus at any time through the account dashboard, after which the standard maximum withdrawal conditions apply.
NY999 actively monitors for bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same offer, withdrawing deposits immediately after claiming a no-deposit bonus without genuine play, and coordinated exploitation of promotion terms. Any account identified as engaging in bonus abuse may have the bonus voided and, depending on the severity, the account suspended.
If you are uncertain about any bonus term, do not accept the offer until you have reviewed the full conditions. Claiming a bonus constitutes acceptance of all associated terms.
All Random Number Generator (RNG) casino games available on NY999 — including slots, table game RNG variants, video poker and crash games — use certified RNG software. Live casino games are conducted by real dealers using physical equipment (cards, roulette wheels) in professionally managed studios. The outcome of live casino games is determined by the physical events occurring in the studio and is recorded on video. In the event of a dispute, the video record of the session is the definitive reference.
In the event of a technical malfunction during any game session, the outcome of the affected round may be voided and the stake returned to the player's balance. NY999 is not responsible for malfunctions caused by the player's device, internet connection or software. Any win resulting from a clearly erroneous game display — where the displayed win does not reflect the actual game outcome — will be corrected to the actual outcome.
Sports betting markets — including cricket, PSL, T20, football and Esports — are settled according to the official result confirmed by the relevant governing body. In the event of event cancellation, postponement or abandonment, bets will be settled according to the specific rules for that sport and market, as displayed at the time of bet placement.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on NY999 and will result in account suspension, voiding of winnings and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:
NY999 reserves the right to determine what constitutes prohibited conduct at its reasonable discretion. Decisions on account suspension made on the basis of prohibited conduct are final.
NY999 may suspend, restrict or permanently close an account at any time for breach of these terms, failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe, suspected fraudulent activity or at the platform's reasonable discretion. Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any balance may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for other reasons, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds with unmet wagering requirements) will be returned via the player's registered withdrawal method.
You may close your NY999 account at any time by contacting support. Before the account is closed, any pending withdrawals for verified real-money balances will be processed through the standard cashier. Accounts closed by the player cannot access the platform again without re-registering, subject to eligibility checks.
